These two kinds of electroplating equipment with different structures are mainly used to transport circuit boards in different ways and adopt different conveyor plate equipment structures, so they are also slightly different for maintenance.
Daily maintenance and maintenance methods
1. The main difference between vertical plating line and horizontal plating line in maintenance and maintenance of tank body is that the transport mode of circuit board is different, while the maintenance and maintenance methods of tank body are essentially the same.
For 7d, each washing tank shall be cleaned once and the acid washing tank shall be cleaned once and its bath liquid shall be replaced.
The spray device in the tank should be checked once to see if there is any blockage.
The conductive support and contact between anode and fire line on copper plated groove and tin plated groove can be cleaned with a cloth wipe and sandpaper.

The tank liquid is filtered and cleaned every 120~150d with activated carbon. Impurities in the tank liquid are filtered and the tin tank is cleaned once.
2. Maintenance and maintenance of vertical plating line vibration mechanism are carried out on vertical plating. In order to ensure the uniformity of surface copper and the effect of hole copper during plating, the plate will be vibrated, and there will be vibration swing mechanism on the tank body.
30d check the speed reducer to see if it is running normally and check its fastness.
Check the fastness of motor bolts installed by vibration;
Check the wear condition of the vibrating rubber. If the wear is serious, replace it in time.
180d check the contact condition of the power line in the junction box, tighten the connection in time when it becomes loose, and replace the power line when the insulation layer of the wire is melted or aged to ensure the insulation between the power lines.
All bearings on the vibration mechanism shall be inspected once, and the last time the grease is lubricated, and the severely worn bearings shall be replaced timely.
3. The maintenance and maintenance of vertical plating line is that the vertical plating line is transmitted to the circuit board by driving and hanging tools.
The crane and the hanger should be cleaned once a week (the crane and the hanger need not be disassembled) to keep its appearance clean and tidy.
30d conduct an inspection on the hanger to check the damage of the hanger.
Check and maintain the motor and speed reducer of the vehicle, check its whole transmission device and ensure its normal operation.
180d carry out an in-depth cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle and its hanger. The hanger should be removed from the vehicle for cleaning.
4. The conveying device used for maintenance and maintenance of horizontal plating line transmission device is roller, and the circuit board is continuously fed into each groove by the rotation of the roller. Therefore, the maintenance of horizontal plating line transmission device is different from that of vertical plating line.
7d clean the roller of the horizontal plating line once, and clean the foreign matter stuck on the roller, so as to ensure the clean surface of the conveying plate.
Check the coupling to see if there is a release.
Check the rollers every 180d to check whether the rollers are wearing out, and replace the worn rollers in time to ensure that there will be no stuck plates in the conveying plates.
The transmission gear, transmission shaft and the whole transmission system should be inspected once and the problems should be repaired in time.
5. Maintain and maintain the circulation filter system for 7d. Check the filter tube of the circulation filter system once to check whether the filter tube has leakage.
The filter cotton core shall be cleaned or replaced every 10-15 days.
The filter carbon core should be replaced for 30d to ensure the filtration quality and the flow rate of the filter.
The filter pump shall be cleaned once and the filter hood and screen of the air pump shall be cleaned.
30d check the contact condition of the power line connector of the pump motor at a time, and tighten it when it is loose. If the wire is old, replace it with a new one to ensure good contact and safe insulation and protect the motor.
6. Maintenance and maintenance of other parts for 7d shall check the output power of the power supply twice;
It is necessary to check the popularity of heat dissipation and radiator of power supply and electrical control, dust removal and cleaning, and prevent its influence on heat dissipation.
30d check the electrical components of the electrical unit, and replace them in time if there is any damage or corrosion.
Check all connectors, if there is bad contact, virtual contact and virtual welding, etc., to repair timely, if there is rust and damage to replace timely;
Check all contactors and relays. If there is bad contact or contact adhesion, replace in time.
Check the main parameters of capacitors, resistors and resistors and replace them as soon as possible.
For automatic feeding system, 7d shall be checked and calibrated once.
7d clean the water scale and dirt on the electric heater to prevent the internal temperature of the electric heater from being too high.
For each water and gas pipeline system, a 7d inspection shall be carried out to check whether there is running or air leakage, and timely maintenance and replacement of pipelines with running or air leakage shall be carried out.
