Cause of mold explosion

1. The mold material is not good enough to fracture easily in subsequent processing

2. Heat treatment: improper quenching and tempering process leads to deformation

3. The mold grinds flat degree is not enough, resulting in deflection deformation

3. Design process: the mold strength is not enough, the blade spacing is too close, the mold structure is not reasonable, and the number of formwork blocks is not enough
